We often get the question, “Do I get the front quarter or the hind quarter?” With our bulk beef options, No one is stuck with the rump! Our bulk beef is a sampling of the whole spectrum of the animal.
* WHOLE COW: Approximately 300-400 lbs of beef
* HALF COW: Approximately 150-200 lbs of beef
* QUARTER COW: Approximately 75-100lbs of beef
All our beef is vacuum sealed for long freezer life.
