Beef Options


We supply all natural pasture raised Angus beef in whole, 1/2, and 1/4 cow quantities.  We also have a variety of beef cuts available as well.  All our beef is vacuum sealed for long freezer life.  The list below is updated weekly.  We have a farm store as well as an online store.  Please call to make an appointment to pick up meat at the farm store.


 Bulk Beef Options

WHOLE COW:  $200 deposit is required.  Approximately 300-350 lbs of beef

HALF COW:  $100 deposit is required.  Approximately 150-175 lbs of beef

QUARTER COW:  $75 deposit is required.  Approximately 75-90 lbs of beef

What is a bulk beef?

We often get the question,  “Do I get the front quarter or the hind quarter?”  With our bulk beef options, No one is stuck with the rump!  All our bulk Angus beefs are a sampling of the whole spectrum of the animal.  Below is a sampling of what you can request in your 1\4, 1\2, and whole.
