We often get the question,  “Do I get the front quarter or the hind quarter?”  With our bulk beef options, No one is stuck with the rump!  All our bulk Angus beefs are a sampling of the whole spectrum of the animal.

WHOLE COW:  Please call for pricing.  Approximately 300-350 lbs of beef

HALF COW:  Please call for pricing.  Approximately 150-175 lbs of beef
